		<description>Effective...  get a decent quality video camera.  Cheap, try using a webcam (quality of picture leaves much to be desired).

Best suggestion is to talk to a local electronics store.  They will know how to set it up and best hardware to use.  

Logitech webcam no good at handling moving pictures.  Frame rates way too slow.

You might also want to look for issues of Canadian Security Magazine.  Always good suggestions in there for home &amp; business security at semi-affordable prices.

When you get the cam, it will supply you with a very basic vid record software.  Try going to google ask looking up video recording software...</description>
