Thermal goggles is a mask with a lense that doesnt fog up. It’s an invisible layer on the lense to keep the lense from fogging up so you can be able to see what your doing.

The majority of thermal lenses, these days, are dual-paned and do not fog up. They stopped using the film over it when it began falling off and causing scratches and such.

Thermal goggles are the ones that you should use. They don’t usually fog up compared to single layered goggles (usually rental masks). However, there are still instances where the thermal goggles do fog up, this is when the humidity is really really high.
