It says i can extend the cable link with a standard plug and play cable. Does that mean an rca cable (red white and red) or more like these..

The cables in your second link are the correct ones to use – they carry the power for the cameras as well as the video signal, and have the right plugs and sockets on the ends.
This means that you can just plug them into each other without any adaptors or splicing – hence the term “Plug and Play”.
